I feel like there’s a difference.
For example >>62765 wouldn’t be a “from below” for me, but “low angle” still qualifies.
I.e. every “from below” is a “low angle”, but not the other way around. Maybe an implies instead?

Edit: from below also seems used as a sex position occasionally, i.e. >>61084.
