Regarding the “style copying” rule, let’s say there’s an artist who wanted their original art to be used in machine-learning/-training, and models based upon it were then used to create new images. I realize these would be exceptionally rare, but would they not also then be somewhat exempt from this rule?

I know the intention of the rule, and it’s correct that we certainly wouldn’t want to tarnish any artist’s reputation. But I’m also aware of artists who are embracing the new technology (or at least trying to), to see where it can take them, and I’d hate for US to miss out on seeing where they’re going.
Quick thing about quality checks: can we still prohibit images where the anthros have six (or more) fingers on each hand? Boy oh boy, am I sick of seeing that silly little quirk.
