Not atypical of raiders, Loop is impulsive and simple-minded. Almost childlike. The only thing that really stands out about her is that she’s lucky. Relatively speaking, considering she was born in an apocalyptic wasteland.
While Loop was scavenging the ruins of a clinic for anything and everything she could get high on, she set off a landmine. Miraculously, she stayed lucid long enough to take a dose of Hydra. Unbeknownst to her, the dose was tainted with IMP. Mixed with the cocktail of chems already in her system, it mutated her entirely, resulting in a supercharged regeneration trait.
She is effectively immortal, out-heals radiation (though it is painful), and only has to eat after a significant amount of healing. However, she’s still just as dumb as she always was. Even if she grasped her situation well enough to recognize how unstoppable she’s become, she lacks the brains or charisma to attract a following.
In fact, she’s far more likely to end up as someone else’s prized lackey.
