Original description below this line
I asked the artist/requester to upload this here.
Generated by Bing image creator (Dall-e 3 version)
Would make a good pool toy.
Let’s stop the discussion/argument before we get in trouble with the admins. Let’s agree to disagree.
I’m not even arguing on the semantics of what is and isn’t art, because that’s something people have been debating for millennia.
I see your point, but who gave the idea to the AI to interpret? The AI was requested by the person to create the work. The person had the idea to create the prompt that set the AI in motion. Therefore, the PERSON IS THE ARTIST. I see it this way, you see it your way, no matter who, or what, created it, art is still art. Can you say that the art is still amazing in any case?
They’re the prompter; the one who gave the prompt for the AI to generate the image. But giving a prompt to a machine made to spew out a composite image doesn’t make someone an artist.
I asked the person who generated it for permission. The AI may have generated it, but he was the requester. The person came up with the idea for the AI to generate, therefore the person is the artist.
I would personally go after the Dashie. Especially it it were a vinyl version instead of air blown.
Nothing. It’s fake.
