I followed the links Pipette Poster gave. There were no new images there I don’t think. However there WERE lists of links to what I assume are the images that Pipette Poster is trying to show those interested in less-successful attempts to depict variations on the themes of the images good enough to post here.
Those second-layer links when to the site u.pone.rs . When I clicked one, my anti-virus program warned me (in a way stronger than “This site doesn’t use HTTPS.”) rather than actually following the link. I elected NOT to override it, and to spread the warning in case at least some other members of tantabus did not have anti-virus programs.
I then went into some of the vagrities of different anti-virus programs, and the possibility of over-reaction based on, for instance, a transient issue with a single advertisement.
If that isn’t clear, I suspect we have reached the limits of my ability to explain unless there are more specific questions someone can ask.
Again, FWIW, u.pone.rs (where the links in your links point) gives me a dangerous site warning. Not sure how valid, but the route of caution is to check back periodically and not proceed until it clears up (assuming one has an antivirus that gives a warning for it in the first place, which could be a matter of “cleared up, never was an issue, or my antivirus is missing a trick?”).
Admittedly, I completely overlooked this image when it was first posted. I am used to Pipette Poster uploading videos of Pipette in CGI. I wasn’t expecting an EqG version of Pipette as a static image.

Majority of antiviruses show u.pone.rs and pone.rs as clean. Since it’s an upload site, I suspect at some point someone uploaded a malware file on it and that’s why a few antiviruses flag it.
