@Hollow Smirk
I agree. These side windows should either be opaque or show the interior of the cottage. The reflections there make no sense, since the indoor part is lit and the outdoor part is in the shadow.
Apart from that, it’s a very nice looking cottage, although I feel the walls look a bit too “stony”.

No need to be so defensive. Criticism spurs improvement.
If the “reflections” are intentional, maybe touch them up to not look so much like a “backlit view from inside looking out” thing. Because that’s what they blatantly look like right now.
@truekry
Then it should be consistent with all windows.
Flat, opaque front windows have no “reflection” aspect at all, so why do the side windows?
Outside imagery seen in windows also looks like a view from inside the house looking out not a reflection of things outside.
Beautifully done. But the trees and outdoor scenery artifacts being inside the cottage, visibly showing through the windows throws the whole thing off for me.
Is this truly a “composition”?
I feel that artifacting would be caught and corrected during any outside editing done.

There can only be reflections if there is something to reflect and the light hits right.

It’s called reflection.
