Naturally, Fluttershy takes over for the last Runtherd who coincidentally got ripped apart by Squigs shortly after Fluttershy arrived.
It’s actually pretty close to the official squiggoth model (apart from lacking the nose horn). It seems different because it has the mouth closed and is enjoying the scratchies.

Maybe she Stared their leader and now they respect her enough to not always be trying to fight her?
Maybe they intimidated her, and now consider her more of a living tool for beast control than a person? Not like the squiggs they use for Mohawks have gone extinct despite what I suspeect is a limited ability to fight or evade an Ork, right? Or am I missing something?
