Interesting, the thing I came down to the comments to say is something that would have her coat(a) looking even more like wings… for 2 seconds or less. Namely her dramatically flinging it aside as she draws her sword and proceeds to go “Errol Flynn crossed with Jackie Chan(b)”.
(a) Note it has sleeves, it is just draped as a cape in the image, rather than having her arms in the sleeves.
(b) For the parkour, not the use of environmental objects.
The aristocratic cape as a replacement for her wings is really clever. Pretty Zipp. Humanising her mane is really hard, this one is quite good. Shaven sides don’t really fit her, combed ones like here are much better.
