If made of metal: For best results DON’T keep it carefully pristine?
Or regardless of materials: CONSIDER adding in some small scratches and dings to the version of the file you will print (keep a copy of the pristine version of the file you showed us of course!).
Rock tumbler with NO sand, but rocks of carefulky selected hardness and short run times at least at first?
Maybe grime it up?
My best guess at how to do that: apply (hot?) dark crayons they rub most of it off eith paper towels (NOT a more professional buffing cloth, since that might take too much crayon off).

This is very cool. I was thinking about adding a mint mark and a year to the coin, but I didn’t want to make the prompt too complicated for Gemini. Maybe it could be added manually.
Very nice!
The touch of grime and small dings really bring it to life. This isn’t some collector’s item this is a common tool of commerce, spent hundreds of times, and destined to be spent at least a thousand more.
If you could cast these in silver I would def buy a few for a premium.

Edited because: Dinging and griming techniques.
I think to place it on coin edge. It i do correct thermal hardening…

It may took 3 ways doing it.
-3d print prototype and cast in metal
-laser engrave
-make hard-steel press using CNC mill

What materials and methods will you use?
Also, please post link and/or picture in these comments when you do!
