Just for grins, I tried to work out the mass.
Assuming what we are seeing is an artistic representation of an black hole's event horizon with a diameter of 8 cm (and thus a radius of 4 cm), we get a mass of about 2.7×10^27 kg or about 0.14% of the mass of Sol (Earth's sun).

...assuming I did the math right with the slightly difficult input limitations of the tablet I am working from.
