Ah...
I have seen Fluttershy using a cloud-shower in Fluttershy anti-adventures (I think it is called, comic I saw on Derpibooru), it seems fanons differ on that point (which is part of the fun!). Also a fic where Derpy used a cloud for a bed despite having a normal house.
