@Draco Dei
The hair and eyes aren’t exactly G4 I know. The joke was that this character would stay almost exactly the same if they entered the mirror portal.
@Meta_Void
I did. The movie, the show and the shorts. But this isn’t even g5, isn’t it? This is g4, by your own tag.
You are grasping at straws. Also, nice ad hominem. Attacking the person instead of the critic. Let’s you know the argument is over and done.
@Meta_Void
So any 3d char is now pony related? You can spin it the other way too.
As the creator, it is your job to make the connection, not in the viewers. If not by style, then something else. Maybe the location? You have options.
@truekry
This is clearly just discrimination against photorealistic styles. My 3D renders are all translated directly from 2D G4. To your logic, a 3D pony is only G4 if they are a G4 character? So if I put an OC in a scene next to a G4 character they are not also G4?
@Meta_Void
Yes, because it is a g4 character. But this is neither a g4 char nor a g4 style. Maybe g5, but even then, just because something vaguely 3d animated doesn’t make it g5/pony related.
Edit:
And if I have to do measure limbs to find any relation, it is to vague.
@Meta_Void
Bipedal dragons are in many show and movies. And since this not in the style of g4, what you tagged, it really is a far stretch to call this mlp related at all.

Poser core.

Also if you measure the proportions of the limbs mathematically you can see that they clearly conform to the G4 style of dragon.
It’s obviously G4 style projected to 3D. I did this with ember before and no one said anything then.

There are dragons in the show but no weird animal head people.
It’s a crossover.
I’m guessing it’s because you’re stretching the definition of “pony related” too far.
