Seeing what happened to discord with his petrification, I would assume that the magic of it would keep them together. However, it’s not out of the question that long term petrification could have some consequences. (Especially if they were left unmaintained.)

It is an anime. A disease petrifies all of humanity. Enough time passes to destroy almost everything humanity has ever created. A genius who knows how to perform every engineering process that ever existed, from creating sulfa drugs to refining tungsten, depetrifies, decides to speed rule humanity back to its previous previous technological state (making the tools to make the tools to refine the materials needed to make the devices to… you get the idea) in merely a few decades rather than the thousands of years it took the first time around. Early on he depetrifies someone who turns out to prefer a lifestyle primitive enough you don’t have wealth beyond what one can carry on their back.
Nice! I hope the weathering (if any) isn’t injuring them… Although the skull gives me pause. Still, best to let justice be unambiguous. Either do them no injury, or crack off their heads.

But this isn’t Dr. Stone, whoever that is
Dr. Stone ones did, and they had scars on them when they came back alive.
Is it even possible for creatures who were encased in stone from Alicorn/Draconequus magic to weather away?
