Looks like these two chicks were having a really crappy day. They both need a reassuring hug so much right now that they even forgot about their aversion to friendship.
It’s better to put a “suggestive” tag just in case, which you can then correct if necessary, than to put a “safe” tag and get a bunch of complaints that the picture is too skimpy to be safe.
Yes, both of them are not in the mood right now :(
