Flash Sentry as Grunt, the G.I. Joe infantryman and one of the original green 13 (OG 13) G.I. Joe characters/action figures from the 1982 line relaunch.

I was trying to figure out a good role for Flash Sentry and which Joe he would fit as, when I realized that at the end of the day, Flash is just a grunt. So, I decided on making him THE Grunt. Both are decent, stand up soldiers who were key characters for launching a new toy line (Equestria Girls for Flash, A Real American Hero for Grunt) yet often get overlooked and forgotten about by fans as well as Hasbro themselves. Also, version 2 of Grunt came packed as the pilot figure for the 1983 GI Joe Falcon attack glider, so giving the role to a pegasus character makes sense.
