DO look this good. When AI “art” started up most of the images looked like mutated Picasso paintings, but they are starting to look like something a professional made. Idk how powerful a pc needs to be to make one like this. I am assuming you need a pretty powerful CPU and one of those types of GPUs that are meant for rendering.
