Normally I’d be opposed to the drug use motif here, but Chrysalis rotting her brain with a bong would probably turn out significantly better for the world as a whole, and maybe even Chrysalis herself. If one must have a super-powered individual consumed by one of “The Seven Deadly Sins”(1), then Sloth is the one that is likeliest to reduce the total harm inflicted.
