This answers my question.
I preferred the first design (mentioned in my reply to Draco), which is why I tried for it first, but the second was good enough for me without forcing it with drawing or inpainting. I would have preferred the heart to curve more inward, like question marks would, but it never happened naturally.
The two question marks would remain separate and form a cross below the heart.
I think understand what they mean; they where going for something but then the AI generated something else more interesting and they pivoted to that instead. The same thing happens to me all the time.
What was the first?
You could probably sketch it, upload it to Derpibooru, then link it here if words aren’t efficient to communicate it.

Both, kinda? I had two designs in mind, that had the top half in common, and the first didn’t work out… Partly because I eventually got the second design trying to get the first. <_<;
