Because just face view. You can judge is Fluttershy if have full body & have cutie-mark. Maybe my opinion false if this AI program make specific character or programmer of this AI make disclosure in every image if this character is canon character.
But it was posted here because it explicitly resembles Fluttershy.
Would Hasbro be okay with this image being used for someone else? Like if it was used on merchandise?
Because it’s a neural network drawing order out of chaos and painting strokes on an infinite 1024 x 1024 canvas based on an algorithm that is unknown even to the creators. Just because our monkey brains perceive this to be Fluttershy, it doesn’t mean that was the original intent - in fact, the creator had no intent behind it, it is just something a machine produced as a byproduct of its existence.
Which arguably also describes most of human endeavour. So I guess if you see Fluttershy, it is. But not by any design.
