You can’t use safe with semi-grimdark, as semi-grimdark is not safe. You just use semi-grimdark alone.
Sorry I misunderstood an error. If you try to use safe with semi-grimdark with safe you get tis error message: Tag input may not contain any other rating if safe.
Where did you get that info? Tag guidelines don’t state it. And there is a ton of semi-grimdark images that are not questionable. Maybe you are thinking of another website?
